Op zondag 21 December vond de laatste wedstrijd plaats van de gemengde competitie, we ontvingen thuis De Nekker. Een wedstrijd waarvan vooraf gedacht werd dat het een heuse thriller zou worden. De Nekker is immers een rechtstreekse concurrent om degradatie en daar werd verloren met 5-3. Echter door onze sterke terugronde (alleen verloren van de kampioen W&L) waren we ondertussen zeker van behoud en De Nekker zeker van degradatie, toch wou onze kapitein afsluiten met een mooi resultaat en we

And you can definately play them for a while. Each of them take some time to understand and the directions take a while to master but once you get the hang of it its alot of fun! I wouldn’t recommend to young kids who can’t grasp directions well, it even took me a while to learn how to do somethings

Nos dias 28, 29 e 30 de novembro de 2008 aconteceu em Natal/RN a III Etapa do Circuito Norte-Nordeste de Badminton, o evento aconteceu no Centro de Ensino FACEX contou com representantes dos Estados Maranhão, Piauí, Pernambuco e Rio Grande do Norte e um convidado do Rio de Janeiro, o atleta Vitor de Carvalho. Um fato inédito neste regional foi a I Copa Universitária de Badminton que contou com 09 Instituições de Ensino Superior do Nordeste entre elas a UFPI(Universidade Federal do Piauí). O
